Our Refund Policy
Our service is a pre-paid subscription service. Refunds are given for unused service time only when we have been given notice of intent to discontinue use either by mail or by email. You must receive confirmation from us that we have received your notice of discontinuation of use of service.
At no time will refunds be given for past time periods simply because a customer either didn't use the service or was unable to use the service. Service problems must be reported immediately in order to give us the opportunity to correct any problem. Refunds are not given for the inability to use our service when no problem has been reported.
Installation fee helps to defray the time spent doing the installation work and is non-refundable. RenoWireless maintains ownership of all equipment used to deliver service including power supply, radio, antenna and all wire and hardware. Upon discontinuation of service we will retrieve all our equipment. Failure to return equipment will result in charges for replacement.
